Salient features of the Session:
Prenatal Yoga Flow allows you to combine flow of prenatal yoga posture with deep breathing preparing you for giving birth. We will start with an opening opening to connect with your baby and settle down your mind. Then we will enjoy a continuous flow of gentle prenatal stretches and postures focusing on opening your hips, releasing lower back tension and creating more space in your shoulders and chest. This prenatal yoga flow will integrate deep breathing into every flow and posture and allow you to move from and with your breath, in connection with your baby. We will finish with a final prenatal relaxation and meditation – taking you on a journey of rest and recovery with your baby.
