Welcome to Our Yin Yoga Session!
Feels like no energy for the rest of the day? Need some energy boost?
Your body has it, however you need to discover it by Breathing Techniques, Yoga Asanas and Bliss Meditation.
Salient features of the Session:
YIN Yoga: Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. The primary focus is on the breath and increasing the holding period of a posture for maximum stretch.
Yoga Asana: The yoga asana has been designed in such a way that it will rejuvenate yourself, make you flexible, de-stress you and give you a higher clarity of mind. Starting from simple to advanced asana you will be learn it all from our very experienced and qualified yoga teachers. You will be able to practice it later from the comfort of your home.
Yoga will bring you stability of mind & body. Will make you in charge of yourself. With physical yoga, all the body chakras get activated and happy hormones get released.
