Amsterdam, March 3, 2021 – Amsterdam has a new special yoga school. Divine Soul Yoga, founded in India by Dr. Deepak Mittal, opened its doors this month at the Bernissestraat in the Southern part of Amsterdam. It is not just any yoga studio, Divine Soul Yoga is a movement with Indian roots that encompasses the real Indian way of yoga and life. The studio offers yog’s a wide range of classes, workshops and retreats taught by well qualified teachers who have completed their master degree in Yogic Sciences of education in India. Dr. Deepak Mittal, co-founder and Managing Director of International Tractors Limited, started Divine Soul Yoga in 2019 to share his knowledge of self- realization with the world.
Divine Soul Yoga is a place where people can make the connection with mind, body and soul. A place that Dr. Mittal himself needed during his hectic life as co-founder and director of multinational Solis Tractors which has more than 130 locations worldwide. Dr. Mittal had founded a successful company, but experienced that success and happiness are two different things: success does not guarantee happiness. He spent time with great spiritual leaders in India learning to meditate, studied various spiritual books and spent a lot of time in nature, all of which became the beginning of the journey to Divine Soul Yoga.
Holistic wellness movement
The mission of Dr. Deepak Mittal has been sharing and learning the insights he has gained over the years. “With Divine Soul Yoga I have set up a holistic wellness movement, with which I would like to teach people to lead a stress-free life, to face the challenges that life offers with strength and thereby lead a beautiful life. Our classes give you the real yoga and meditation experience which is an important step to lead a blissful life. The offer in the Amsterdam studio is completely in line with this, and is suitable for both beginners and advanced yogi’s. In addition to yoga classes, there is also a range of retreats and workshops. In March there is a breath workshop, parent-child workshop and a weekend workshop yoga, healing and meditation. Enterprising yoga enthusiasts can also become part of Divine Soul Yoga themselves by setting up their own studio through franchising.
Solis Wellness Retreat
Divine Soul Yoga now has locations in India and the Netherlands, and has become an established name in India in the field of yoga, meditation and wellness. For example, a new Ashram recently opened in Punjab, India: the Solis Wellness Retreat. Here, among other things, meditation and therapy sessions are given, including laughter therapy, in a large nature reserve. The tranquility offers especially for working people in the city who need a break from their busy lives.
A retreat is also planned in the Netherlands. On Friday March 25 till Monday March 28, the free 4-day Rejuvenating Bliss Meditation Retreat in Amsterdam starts at The Unbound, in which participants are guided in a meditation, learn techniques in the field of healing, and receive laughter therapy. Dr. Mittal: “We offer our first retreats in the Netherlands for free, because we want to introduce as many Dutch people as possible to our way of yoga in an accessible way.” Interested parties can register free of charge via the website.
In the ground-breaking study conducted by renowned entity Divine Soul Yoga, healthy individuals aged 25-62 years adopted the path of self-healing, Yoga & meditation in their lifestyle. Within two months of DSY’s Eternal Youth Meditation and healing programme, the study underlined that Yoga & meditation could heal human cells and subsequently result in increased telomere length.
Amsterdam, 18th November ’21: Scientists and researchers worldwide have undertaken extensive studies over the past many decades to prove that Yoga and meditation can boost individuals’ health and well-being. However, Divine Soul Yoga has taken a quantum leap in anti-ageing & healing treatment through measuring the telomere length. Telomere length is the protective shield in every human body cell, which depicts the biological age in human beings. The experiment showcased that while adopting the Eternal Youth Meditation & Healing programme curated by Divine Soul Yoga, the telomere length can be increased by approx. 57%, which was discovered in the initial experiment. The study showcased that the biological aging process may be slowed down in the human body with Yoga & healing, or the age can be reversed by increasing the telomere length. Besides, cell healing can aid issues related to age, DNA, or even autoimmunity in the body.
During a ground-breaking study conducted with an independent research agency, healthy individuals aged 25-62 years adopted the spiritual path of healing, Yoga & meditation with Divine Soul Yoga (DSY) in their lifestyle. The unique study was conducted on healthy individuals to directly measure the impact of Yoga, healing and meditation on the telomere length. Within the period of just two months under DSY’s programme, before and after the experiment was conducted using blood samples, and the results demonstrated an increase in average telomere length.
Sharing his thoughts on the ground-breaking study and its impressive results, Dr Deepak Mittal, Founder- Divine Soul Yoga, said, “We have opened up a new era of hope for human beings with our ‘Eternal Youth Meditation and Healing’ programme. In the initial experiment, we have witnessed an increase of approx. 57% in the telomere length as a result of Yoga and meditation. It is a significant breakthrough that will benefit individuals in a big way as biological aging process may be slowed down or reversed with Yoga & healing. It will empower individuals to come out of the issues related to the health of the cells and live a healthy life.”
The aforementioned study has been performed by Divine Soul Yoga in collaboration with an independent research agency to study the effect of the Eternal youth Meditation and healing programme on telomere length. The positive results from the study prove that the human cells can be healed, which may also address critical problems like cancer, stress, and many more health issues.
