Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic form of yoga and is currently the most common yoga style. Vinyasa is also known as Flow yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.

Yoga will bring you stability of mind & body. Will make you in charge of yourself. With physical yoga, all the body chakras get activated and happy hormones get released.
